4月21日至5月2日，柳工在拉美開展首次經(jīng)銷商TTT（Train The Trainer）認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)。來自哥倫比亞、阿根廷、智利、巴西、玻利維亞、烏拉圭等國家的多名培訓(xùn)師參與了此次培訓(xùn)。

April 21 to May 2 – LiuGong conducted its first TTT (Train the Trainer) certification program for dealers in Latin America. Participants included trainers from Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, and Uruguay.

本次培訓(xùn)以T系列裝載機(jī)、E系列挖掘機(jī)為核心機(jī)型，并突破常規(guī)服務(wù)培訓(xùn)模式，采用"技術(shù)實(shí)操+模擬授課"雙維度考核機(jī)制，全面提升經(jīng)銷商培訓(xùn)師的綜合能力。

The training focused on LiuGong’s T-series loaders and E-series excavators. Unlike conventional service training, it adopted a dual-dimensional assessment model combining technical operations with teaching simulation. This comprehensive approach evaluated the overall competence of dealer trainers.

擁有30多年一線服務(wù)及技術(shù)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的柳工技能大師任本次培訓(xùn)總技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，培訓(xùn)期間，他深入講解核心技術(shù)原理，精準(zhǔn)示范操作流程，幫助學(xué)員系統(tǒng)提升技術(shù)能力與授課技巧。

LiuGong’s technical master, who has over 30 years of frontline service and training experience, served as the chief technical advisor. Through detailed theoretical explanations and hands-on demonstrations, He helped deepen the participants’ technical knowledge while improving their teaching and communication skills.

Certification Achievements

經(jīng)嚴(yán)格評估及考核，本次培訓(xùn)成功認(rèn)證多名初級和中級培訓(xùn)師，他們將成為柳工在拉美地區(qū)知識傳播與服務(wù)落地的重要力量，為當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻籼峁I(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。

After rigorous evaluations, the participants were officially certified at primary and intermediate levels. These newly certified trainers will play a key role in knowledge dissemination and technical support across Latin America, helping LiuGong deliver high-quality services to local customers.
